1. Who we are

This website is operated by Trapier Management LLC in connection with the Build From the Bottom book, workbook, and digital execution system.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to operate the site and fulfil orders:

  • Information you provide. Your name and email address when you join the mailing list, and the name, email address, category, and message content you submit through the contact form.
  • No order or payment information. Purchases happen on Amazon, not here. We do not take payment, do not receive your order details, and never see your card information. Amazon does not share buyer identities with us.
  • Technical information. Standard server and hosting logs generated when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, and requested URL.

3. How we use it

  • To deliver the products you have purchased.
  • To provide support and respond to your messages.
  • To send updates about Build From the Bottom, where you have asked to receive them.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

4. Service providers

We rely on third parties to host the site, deliver email, and receive form submissions. We use no payment processor, because we take no payments. Each provider processes information only as needed to provide its service, and its own privacy terms apply to that processing.

Mailing-list details are kept until you unsubscribe. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to resolve the matter and keep a reasonable support record. Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us to make a request.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
