Refund Policy

1. We do not sell directly

Nothing is sold on this website. The book, the workbook, and the Builder OS are purchased through Amazon. We do not take payment, do not process orders, and do not hold any payment details.

2. Refunds are handled by Amazon

Because Amazon is the seller of record, returns and refunds are governed by Amazon's own returns policy and are requested through your Amazon account, not through us. Their policy, window, and conditions apply — not ours.

3. What we can help with

Contact us for anything about the products themselves: a printing fault, a page that is unreadable, or Builder OS access instructions that do not arrive. Problems of this kind are resolved directly and do not require a refund. For anything involving payment, delivery, or returns, Amazon is the right place to go.

4. Builder OS access

Because the Builder OS is delivered as a template you duplicate into your own Notion workspace, access cannot be withdrawn from a copy you already hold. Any terms specific to it are confirmed at the time of purchase.

5. Third-party terms

Purchases made on Amazon are subject to Amazon's conditions of use and privacy notice in addition to anything stated here. Where the two differ in relation to a purchase, Amazon's terms govern that transaction.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Where local law provides a stronger entitlement than this policy, that law applies.
