1. Agreement

By using this website or purchasing Build From the Bottom products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase the products.

2. What you are buying

Build From the Bottom is sold as digital products: a book, a printable companion workbook, and, in the Builder Bundle, access to a private Notion template referred to as the Builder OS. Exact contents depend on the offer purchased and are described on the purchase page.

3. Licence and permitted use

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own purposes. You may print the workbook for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share the materials, or use them to create a competing product, without written permission.

4. Intellectual property

All content, including the 36 Laws framework, the written text, the workbook, and the Builder OS templates, is the property of Trapier Management LLC and is protected by copyright.

5. Builder OS access

Builder OS access is delivered after purchase via instructions sent by email. Access is for the purchasing individual. Sharing access, duplicating the template for others, or distributing its contents is not permitted.

6. No guarantee of results

These materials are educational. They do not guarantee any business, financial, employment, or personal outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your own circumstances and execution.

7. Not professional advice

Nothing in these materials is legal, financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything that carries legal or financial consequences.

8. Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Their terms govern the payment transaction itself. Refunds are addressed in the refund policy.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site and products available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Products and their contents may be updated or changed over time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trapier Management LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the products.
